John J. Lee (Co-Founder, President, CFO)
Mr. Lee serves as a Co-Founder of ABTS, LLC and currently holds the President and CFO title for the company. He resides in San Diego, California overseeing ABION/ABTS, a pharmaceutical company that is in clinical trials in the US for cancer fighting drug development. As President/CFO he assists in oversight of the operations and his responsibility include ABTS, LLC’s capital needs, strategic partnerships, business development and investor relations among other duties. Prior to ABTS, LLC, Mr. Lee has worked in investment firms in Asia on both buy-side & sell-side over 20 years and has won multiple prestigious awards as the top performer his industry. Mr. Lee received his BA in economics at UCLA. He also speaks as a keynote speaker to MBA students.
Tess Lee (Co-Founder, COO, CSO)
Tess Lee is the COO and co-founder of ABTS, LLC, which is located in San Diego, California. She also is the Chief Strategic Officer for ABTS, LLC’s parent company ABION, which is listed in KOSDAQ. As the COO she oversees the operations of ABTS, LLC. She is responsible for overall firm’s strategy and operations. Prior to joining ABION, she was one of the top analysts in Asia. She managed a portfolio of bio/health care stocks before she played a key role as a CFO of an innovative drug for cancer and infectious disease company. Ms. Lee received her BA in business administration.
